The switch is a little hard to move, but it is new and will loosen up over time. The zero feature works perfectly (sometimes you have to press it a few times and then open and close the jaws a few times - as mentioned in the instructions). The accuracy is per the specs found in the instructions. Very pleased. 5 stars all around. Thanks!
