Unfortunately they (FedEx) dropped the ball on this. I would (will if an item pops up that I feel I "need") purchase from seller again. To be clear it was FedEx that dropped the ball. I have video footage of when FedEx said they dropped item off, no FedEx vehicle was on my cameras 30 minutes before or after stated delivery.
