The keyboard feels brand new, the software allows me to program many of the keys to do just what I’d like them to, *and* by buying it on eBay, I saved a good amount of money. A nicely built, flawless keyboard with well-made software from an established brand for about half the price of what I would have paid for a new one. I’m speechless. In the future, if I want to buy a Logitech product, this is where I will check first. Perfection.

The one year warranty is great to have for peace of mind. It looks brand new, even though it didn't come in the original box. The keyboard itself looks amazing and I love that it has a backlight that adjust to the ambient light of your work space.

Whether because I picked the right listing, my note, or from luck I did get what I wanted

They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again
