I was worried that the height of the original grate would make it difficult for my chunky kitties to enter/exit the Breeze XL litter box. I messaged the seller and asked if they could make the grate with a lower entry height. They said yes but it would take some re-engineering and extra time. I agreed and am VERY HAPPY with the end result! The lower height still prevents most of the pellets from getting outside the litter box and is not an issue for my big cats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
