- f***l (997)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasedue to age and type of coating used at the manufacture, had to completely disassemble entire palm from electronics then use alcohol & goo be gone and dawn dish soap in warm water to remove the gross rubbery paint coating once it was all removed it looks brand new and in fact looks better than the original sale by dell. Thank you, as this has solved most my problems. I have yet to be able to get fingerprint reader to work. it may be bad, or may be a software, or a ribbon cable issue.
