    Ordered a 3XL and it was shrunk to the size of an XL/2XL. I reached out to him and he immediately accused me of damaging it/ruining it. Was incredibly rude. I went on the official North Face website and measured the item to the North Face sizing chart and they were way off. I requested a return, no answer. I asked for a partial refund to try and resell it, no answer. As soon as I told him I compared the jacket he sent to the official North Face 3XL measurements he stopped all communication. SMH!
