It heated but would not pump the hot water over to the brew basket. I contacted seller and told her of the problem. I told her that I have spare brand new pumps and I still wanted to keep the unit but asked for a $50 dollar discount for my time to repair the unit and the cost of the pump. Basically it was you can return it if you were not happy with it was the sellers response.
