This is a great example of why I do NOT prefer shipping internationally, because of situations like this. I pack all my items with care and treat every item i ship with the same care and respect. I cannot control what customs does when they open up packages and sort through things. I've had nothing but nightmare situations when things get shipped internationally (things go missing, broken, etc). This is completely outside of my control and I'm sorry you had to experience this.
