Seller wrote in his add the decal was in mint condition. Failed to mention the small cut right through bottom of the decal. I tried reasoning with him and all he had to say was he never tampered with it and it must have been from the manufacturer. Also said my painter should be able to line it up. Whether it was damaged my manufacturer or not the seller should take some ownership of the damage or disclosed it in the add.

"0" Feedback buyer. Doesn't understand that NOS means "New Old Stock". Manufacturer cut on decal application paper. Decal was in 'mint" condition and described as accurately as possible. Cut line was hard to even notice, until buyer bent it and sent pics. Asked buyer what would make them happy. No reply.
