Item was used but in excellent like new condition. This item was stated as NEW. New means new.. unworn or unused with zero wear. I still love and want the sandals, but would be very careful not to state new when it’s like new or worn once or twice rather than a general statement of “ new” when these clearly were not. I picked some dirt off the bottom grooves as evidence of wear.

Hello. You are absolutely right. My son listed these on our sight and didn't realise that I had put them on thinking they were mine and wore them for a couple hours I think just in the house.
