The seller sold me a laptop with two malfunctioning number keys that stick and do not work without repeatedly pressing them. The seller did offer to fully refund my purchase but it would only cost me more time and money since I had already set the laptop up. It works fine with an external keyboard. I asked for a cost reduction of $100.00 for selling me a laptop without a fully functional internal keyboard. The seller did not counteroffer. This sale was a disappointment.
