Not new, not original packaging, broken unusable product. eBay should not allow them to sell as “new”. My fault I didn’t see description where they said it was broke. It’s it’s essentially garbage it should explicitly say it in title. Here are parts…. It cost me $165 total and a month turnaround to get moccamaster to fix it, as they are the only ones that can. They replaced the guts and the cracked reservoir. Seller did offer refund but shamed me for not seeing 3rd paragraph of description.
