I bought this as last resort but have been able to log on (without a pword) create a new pword & access 15 yrs of photos/docs & no data loss. Tip: once I chose the user a/c & selected ‘reset password’ there was a message confirming the pword had been reset - without inputting a new pword which is confusing. I removed the disk (important) rebooted & was automatically logged on. I then had to input a new pword via usual screens (unprompted). Hope this makes sense. Be patient it works!

He said- one have to keep clicking the F9 key 5 or more times. I failed to make it work after two more days, so I emailed him and gave him my advise TO CHANGE THE EBAY AD, BY JUST GIVING A WARNING TO READERS THAT they may face issues when booting the CD, and I advised him to be accurate, He writes WIN10, 11, AND only W10 alone, also about STORAGE and RAM, and my next step is to RETURN IT.Reply from: am117- Feedback replied by seller am117.- Feedback replied by seller am117.his buyer is blaming the seller for his own inability to follow very simple instructions. We gave him lots of help but he simply failed to follow it it does not seem to understand that this is a BOO USB and kept trying to use it within his OS. Ourselves and many others sell this software without problems but they is a small minority of buyers who simply dont follow the instructions. We always give help when asked - "You can take a horse to water but cant make him drink!" Just return the item

I asked for a return/ refund, seller then sent me address not a label. That message may be inspected at our office. This was an 'entitled woke' buyer. he item was not defective and was tested before sending. he buyer would not return it because he/she knew it was in working order.
