This clock was a gift. Once hanging it up my dad told me it doesn’t work. Very disappointed

I was not contacted by buyer that there was a problem. Clock was working fine when I shipped it. I later learned her 94 yr. old Father tried to hang and set it up by himself. Instructions were included. I offered to try and troubleshoot what the problem might be but have not gotten a response. Buyer apologized for the neutral feedback.
