Wrong item. Nothing comparable with the one described, advertised and ordered. The worst is the after sales service -because mistakes happen all the time- but this seller tried to convince us that there is a chance so inside the box it might be the one we ordered.

I purchased hearing aids that were advertised as new, but after encountering issues, the manufacturer confirmed they were actually used and registered under other individuals' names. Due to this, the manufacturer denied the warranty, forcing me to cover expensive repair costs out of pocket. Despite contacting Denis regarding this serious issue, I’ve received no response. I strongly urge others to avoid purchasing from this seller.
