È arrivata una borchia rovinata che poi si è appurato che erano due rovinate, con tanto di foto inviate, il venditore prima ha detto che me spediva una poi ha cambiato idea, e mi ha offerto un reso di tutto (scomodo per me). Per una mi ero organizzato io e a spese mie l ho sostituita, l altra ho chiesto più volte ma non me l ha più mandata. Visto che era lui in difetto doveva venire incontro al cliente. Va bene così.
