Item arrived with an AC adapter that was undersized which didn't have enough power to operate the device. I offered to buy a compatible adapter if the seller would reimburse me for it, but I was advised I'd need to return the whole thing. The seller handled everything fine otherwise, and was prompt with the refund, but I was disappointed in the time and effort I wasted based on an inaccurate description.
