Hi, I ordered 4 of these and need more, but there is a problem with all the ones I received. The part that secures the handle so that it is locked in to turn does not secure it. It just hasn't been made well enough to properly secure the handle and then release it when it has to be dropped down for the machine to be stored away. I think you need to give feedback to your supplier so that they can fix this problem.
