      Packaged poorly, condition of item was gross (they use a generic picture) when opened to put the sim card in nasty debris cqme out of the phone. When contacting the seller about the issue they just said "its old stock its bound to have dust, the condition is listed as used". Used does not inherently mean nasty and filled with gunk. After messaging seller they basically asked what could be done and when I responded I have not gotten a response back. If you buy a "used" item expect it to be gross.

      Once again, I'm very sorry that the item came in that condition but that is nowhere near how our messages went. At no point did I say "its old stock its bound to have dust". I apologized for the mishap before asking if there was anything I could do to make the buying experience better. You simply responded, "Im not really sure. I guess i could return it if need be." With this, I assumed you would return the device if you needed to. Had you requested a partial refund, I would have issued one.
