I was anxious for it to come. The original box was beat up. When we opened it, it seemed 'open box'. It should stand on four legs. One leg is on and seems secure. The other three legs were in the box. Someone seems to have had difficulty putting the legs in place and may have used a hammer for help. We haven't used the toaster oven but decided that we are just going to see if someone can put the legs on for us. It wasn't the best purchase decision - disappointment..

I clearly said on my post that it had cosmetic damages and even uploaded pics of the damage not my fault you didn't read the description or look at the pics
