    Delivered quickly but wasn't wrapped particularly well for protection. Loads of bubble wrap around it and placed in a big flimsy eBay box where it could rattle around. The box was a bit battered too. Luckily it wasn't damaged. Wasn't sure if I had received a faulty iPad at first as it took forever to charge and drained quickly off charge. I would recommend buying an official apple charger/cord if you're using a non-brand one as it does make a massive difference. All ok in the end.

    I believe that the item arrived in a condition better than described. So far, no issues and I am satisfied. We would have to see how it holds up in the next few months. It’s just a shame that I ordered the wrong item by mistake. But if you’re interested in this specific product, I’d say that it came in good condition. Although the packaging from eBay probably needs to be improved. I’ve seen better packaging from much smaller startups in the global south.
