USPS rang my doorbell to collect more on the postage. The hard plastic case the pack was sent in can't be considered a standard letter. So it becomes an envelope package type shipping item. I paid $3.69 additional so that USPS could "deliver" the package, essentially leave it with me since it can't be mailed as a standard letter. I appreciate the fact that it was mailed in the hard container so it doesn't anger me, but seller should update their shipping cost and send appropriately.
