One seat bolt had damaged threads. I chased the threads with a 1/4-20 die and fixed the issue. One side of the hub had thread damage from cross-threading of the nut. I was able to fix the issue with a thread file. The nut now threads onto the hub. Neither of the damaged threads was due to shipping. All parts are in excellent condition.
