I have BHP condition at the moment that is being treated and depending on the condition of the individual output was greater for me than what this pad could contain. There is nothing wrong with its design, very comfortable to wear, nor is there any fault with this product, I discovered that I needed level 4 from Tena which has greater capacity which for a person with BHP needs to consider when purchasing which I underestimated. Would still highly recommend it!
