The parts were as expected (when I recieved the right ones, and also the missing one), and some were not ( reverse chain wasn't "wider" than stock or upgraded). For all of the hassle I was optimistic to recieve some sort of reimbursement for the hassle, time spent back and forth trying to get the correct parts and misinformation about the parts I'd be receiving...but instead I was denied and offered "merch"

The third bearing arrived a week later. I had to call to find out third bearing was being “drop-shipped” from another location. Would’ve been nice to know that when I placed the order.

They told me there was no problem, that they would send it with 2-Day shipping, lying to me and sending it as slowly as possible,posible, and whatever it was they sent still hasn't arrived.
