    Thank you for the product. It's the first baster I have ever purchased that actually has instructions. It told me to run the baster under hot water to heat up the tube. I tried that with my plastic baster heating up to tube...and voila, it worked. I will keep my old plastic baster now that I know how to use it. But the stainless steel one that I got from you guys is far nicer. 🎊

    I was disappointed it the packaging of my item. It was in a thin plastic bag with no padding. The baster package was busted open, but there was no damage. There could have been, however. I do like the baster.
