    Seller supposedly sold me a renthal apex 31.8 stem with a 40mm length . 40mm is what he listed the item for . It was not a 40mm it was a 31mm length when I received it . It is the shortest stem length renthal makes . I included the photo to show him that he sent me a 31mm not . A 31mm will be just like the photo .. the handle bars nearly touching the stem by a millimeter or 2 . Seller told me I measured it wrong and refused to make this right and still trying to tell me it’s a 40mm stem
