- i***r (5)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThere no way to replace the originals u-joints for this ones. The originals ones are hold down which a type of rivets. The only way to fixed is using a machine lathe.Reply from: prop-mechaniks- Feedback replied by seller prop-mechaniks.- Feedback replied by seller prop-mechaniks.Hi Sir, the original driveshaft uses staked in ujoints. And you purchased the staked in replaceable joints. You will notice a star shape pattern surrounding the cap. These joints require pressing out and then re-staking the ujoints. I would suggest taking the driveshaft to a driveshaft shop if unable to repair at home. This is quite normal for driveshafts that use crimp/stake style Universal joints.
