Items were delivered on time and appeared to be new in box as advertised. But items have apparently been stored in heat: boxes were foxed & stained & contents were spoiled. We knew that this was the original formula which has been replaced by a newer one, but the contents, having spoiled, smell & taste disagreeable & are unusable. We did not bother to request a refund because we opened both boxes to check--just threw them away.
