The buyer did not seem to grasp what a sweet iron mouthpiece is. They claimed the bit was in poor condition when the sweet iron was simply functioning as intended. It was in very good preowned condition and as described, so did not qualify for a return or especially not a partial refund. Trying to bully a seller into refunding money while keeping the item with threats of negative feedback is feedback extortion
