This purchase was not a positive experience for me. The item did not arrive - the seller wasn’t helpful in trying to trace it and refunded me only after i had left negative feedback. He has been apologetic by message and even telephoned to express his regret - but these actions should have happened immediately after i told him i had not received the item and not after leaving negative feedback. This comment is a revised version of what happened and is factually correct.

I'm truly sorry this was not a positive experience. We sell and ship hundreds of items a week. OCCASIONALLY things go wrong. Somehow, the wrong item was shipped - we suspect a Trainee put the wrong item in a storage bin. We responded to your messages and we have fully refunded you. We dealt with your messages. We telephoned to apologise for the error before Negative feedback was left. All we want is for our customers to be delighted. In your case this did not happen and I apologise for that.
