This is a false claim. I dealt with this matter through eBay over a month ago. I shipped a group of items in one priority mail package which he received. Since I didn't use all the shipping labels I created originally, he claims I didn't ship the order. I appealed to eBay and they agreed with me and said the matter was closed. Now about six weeks later, he makes the same claim and says he is going to give me negative feedback (mine is 100% positive) if I don't refund him money. I refused.
