I asked the seller DawnProMed (12393) if I can exchange the Collin Speculum that l purchased on July 30, 2025 for a brand new one because the one that they sent to me was opened and used. I can see brown stains on it. They placed the Collin Speculum in a plastic bag that was not sealed in a damaged stethoscope box. They told me they shipped it that way to provide additional packaging protection. They should have sent it sealed in the original bag and box with bubble wrap around it.
