The post office claimed they attempted to deliver this package, and then subsequently lost it. After it failed to arrive, I contacted the seller and they filled out a "Missing Package" form through the post office website, and it was never located. The seller then contacted me and told me since it never arrived that they were refunding my money. This seller was gracious and patient throughout, despite the fact that it was clearly the post office's fault. Outstanding customer service.
