I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the transaction. However, your feedback doesn’t reflect the actual situation. I have screenshots of our conversations where I explained the issue honestly. Instead of canceling the order and making excuses, I paid for another radar to ensure you received a good item. Although the shipping was delayed by 2 business days, I upgraded to priority mail at my own expense to ensure it arrives on time. I believe this feedback is unfair.
