The Titanothere maxilla arrived totally broken. But in my mind it had been damaged anywhere on its way from USA to Europe. Thats why I got a refund by Ebay. After about 60 hours of my personal work the maxilla is not like it had been before but quite an interesting item. So I am able to leave a really positive assessment.

This item was indeed damaged in shipping even though it was packaged extremely well. International shipping is fairly unreliable. I find it interesting that you received a full refund and were still able to keep the item! I was under the impression that you would be required to return the damaged item. It is an amazing deal that you get a $2000 refund and do a little repair work and keep the item for free. I'm sure you are happy with that situation!
