I bought an ithem from him and it was not working. And now he said the ithem i bought from him was for part only.

Item was sold under Item Condition of "For Parts or Not Working". Description stated TWICE "That it was untested and sold as-is". Buyer received and modified & attempted repair. They then wanted to return the item under eBay Guarantee Policy, but couldn't. They also confirmed that they were installing on a used/untested transmission, but when asked if this was a confirmed part number for that trans, they simply stated it was "similar". Buyer left feedback in retaliatory and vindictive manner.
