Excellent quality print. It arrived on time. However, the postman folded this print to fit in my postbox. When I opened the packet, the artwork had a fold in the middle. It would have been better if it was posted with the other print, with a sign, "Do Not Fold". The other one did not fit in my postbox so had to be picked up from the post office, which was better. This was the postman's fault, not the seller but the postman did not know it was a fragile package.

Hi Jessica, I'm so sorry that happened! The thing that happens is - I send the items together (in one package) to Ebay's international shipping center in Illinois USA. Then they separate the items into their own packaging to send them on. It's very unfortunate that they did not protect the art as I originally had them layered with un-bendable cardboard on both sides. So sorry again. If you message Ebay about it, they often help with internaional shipping damages. Thank you for your message. <3
