The razor was in very good condition with no scratches or wear on the actual shaver. The power cord was a little stretched in places, but since I already had a substitute power cord, that was no issue. I am not sure that it had ever been cleaned, as evidenced by the two unused cleaning brushes, but after a complete disassembly and cleaning, it may as well be brand new.
