The handling of my payment, shipping and delivery went smoothly, however, there were a number of areas where I was quite disappointed. The seller indicated the unit had come from a hospital and had received little use. Actually, the recumbent bike was build in 2009. The seat on the unit is very wobbly. I have attempted to find a Precor service representative, but have been informed there are none in my area. I was told there was a heart rate indictor. I had to purchase a Polar heart strap.
