    Paul, it was never my intention to come across as patronizing in our correspondence. I was actually was trying to convey a sense of reassurance. I had shipped out your item within 24 hours of payment. I had also provided USPS Priority Mail, and a very affordable FedEx 2-Day, as shipping options other than the USPS Ground Advantage that you chose. I feel that I did everything that was possible for me to do, and did it in a timely manner. Still, I'm sorry for the frustration that you experienced.
