The seller claimed that they sent a replacement item but did not provide a new tracking number, instead they told me they would just reprint the original label for the replacement. Of course, the replacement never arrived and the tracking never updated. Overall the seller was communicative, and I got a refund. But the experience was very frustrating and I wasted two weeks trying to get a deck that never came.
