These work well, if you try seating them by hand good luck. I had to use a rubber mallet and tap them all the way in. Tried pushing them in by hand and could only get them halfway seated. I did measure them and mark them but in order to make my mark I had to tap them onto the copper with a rubber mallet. Other than that they are a quality product and make connecting easy for those who don't have a brazing torch. I had to put in a new suction line and these made quick work of the job.
