Good service but am not so sure about the product . I thought it would be very useful to be able to have the cables hanging down. However if the cable arrangement is moved there is a risk, in most loudspeaker connections, of the two terminals touching. So an insulated body would be better than a metal one. I will just put tape around one of them to avoid this risk
