    I ordered 2 lower and 2 upper Moog ball joints for my Ford E-350 van. Problem is, there was a lower ball inside of one of the upper ball joint boxes ! So instead of quantities 2 & 2 , I got 3 and 1 instead. I contacted the seller immediately explaining the mistake. They requested pictures, almost as if I was lying to them (why would anyone lie about something like that ?) Anyways, 5 emails (and 2 days) later they now want me to explain the whole situation to them AGAIN. Extremely frustrating.
