This is a scam the information that they give you is a lie they'll keep your money for 3 weeks you'll get it the refund in another week so basically give them the money for 4 weeks eBay, item was never ever shipped but they did give me a fake tracking number which I do love and eBay supports this

This seller is one of the worst I've ever dealt with on Ebay. They state on their listing that if you pay before 2:PM they will ship the same day. I paid at exactly 10 AM. 2 days ago and my order is still not shipped. Now it is Friday evening and it doesn't look like it will be shipped until next week, if then. I emailed them twice to cancel the order and refund me. I got no response. Beware of this seller. Very dishonest.
