I reached out multiple times over 2 weeks without response. Once I opened an inquiry through ebay, 2 days later I got a message from the seller saying they would check to make sure my item had shipped. They never followed up. Ebay refunded me but it took 3 weeks and I was left having to scramble to find a replacement. Hopefully others have a better experience.
