    The item is as described, but the problem is it just doesn't work that well. The items isn't good, and I also have to give it a deep cleaning because I'm finding mysterious black particles on my cheese. It's its first use I shouldn't be seeing black particles on my cheese. Anyway 3 out of 5 stars seems excessive and I'm making it a positive review because I got what I paid for. The item is lack luster and really isn't worth purchasing. It works...bearly
