May be we missed your message or you didn't send the message. No matter, Backside of the mirror glass should be some steel nails. That nails absorb the vibration. You can easily pull out the mirror glass and adjust that nails. If you need we can send you a video for this DIY solution. This is easier than dismantling the mirror and replacement. Sorry for late this trouble Thank you
