While the mounting depth of the Rockford Fosgate T1D210 is only 6.4 inches, this 10-inch automotive speaker requires a cutout with a diameter of around 9.1 inches to be installed. This Rockford Fosgate car speaker provides access to an 83 dB SPL as well as a number of other features that allow the subwoofer to provide notable low end audio output. The twin voice coils in this Rockford Fosgate car speaker each possesses dual voice coils with 2-Ohm impedance, which makes it usable with a variety of amplifiers. A heat dispersing dust cap is available on this 10-inch automotive subwoofer that helps to reduce the heat generated from extended or intense use of the speaker and avoids damage to the internal components. The paper cone in the Rockford Fosgate T1D210 has increased rigidity due to being combined with Kevlar fiber to help prevent audio distortion occurring during use. The Rockford Fosgate car speaker also features a power handling of 600 watts RMS and 1200 watts at peak performance.
